Pattana FC is committed to building local football teams and cultivating youths with a love of the game into top players, equipped with the necessary skills, discipline, and grace, both on and off the pitch.
Other than this, the club aims to build a team that is acknowledged and talked about on a national level, and to reinforce the importance of offering opportunities to youths in their search for self-value.

2017 PATTANA FC ACADEMY ROADSHOW
In order for athletes to gain experience and learn how to act as professional footballers, they must be challenged in ever-more difficult football competitions. As such, the children must compete against well-known regional football academies as well as against the leading academies around Thailand. In addition, these matches act as a recruitment process to identify skilled players from different regions to join the team. This recruitment philosophy meets the club’s key objectives of building and developing the team’s standards, so that it can grow to be one of the best teams in the country in the near future.
